Jonz 1 Forever Cares provides compassionate support through non-medical home care and the Home and Community-based Services (HCS) Program for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Jonz 1 Forever Cares is licensed to provide non-medical Home Care services and is an approved Home and Community-based Services (HCS) provider through the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC).
Through our Home Care services, we provide personal assistance and everyday support to seniors, individuals with disabilities, and others who need additional help to remain safe and supported in their own homes and communities.
Through our HCS program, we serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), providing individualized services and supports that help people live, participate, and build greater independence in their homes and communities, including eligible residential settings.

Jonz 1 Forever Cares is a family-owned organization serving Cypress, Texas and surrounding communities. Through our non-medical Home Care services and Home and Community-based Services (HCS) program, we support seniors, individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), and families who may need a little extra help along the way.
For our family, this work is personal. We understand that inviting someone into your home or trusting a provider with someone you love is a big decision. Our team is here to help families navigate their situation, connect them with helpful resources, and provide support along the way. Most importantly, we want families to feel comfortable coming to us, asking questions, and knowing they have people they can depend on
Not Sure Which Service You Need?
At Jonz 1 Forever Cares, we provide support through two separate programs, each designed to meet different needs. While both programs are operated by the same caring team, how you qualify and how services are paid for are different.
Non-Medical Home Care
Our non-medical home care program is available to individuals and families who need extra support with everyday life at home. This is primarily a private-pay service, meaning you do not have to be enrolled in the HCS Medicaid waiver program to receive care.
With home care, you already have a place to live — we bring the caregiver to you.Our caregivers can provide assistance with personal care, companionship, household tasks, respite, daily routines, community activities, and other approved non-medical support based on your needs.
This option may be helpful for seniors, adults with disabilities, individuals with IDD, people who need additional support at home, and families who simply need an extra helping hand.
Before services begin, we offer an in-home consultation to meet you and your family, learn about your daily routine, preferences, goals, and support needs, and determine whether Jonz 1 Forever Cares is the right fit for you. This also gives you the opportunity to ask questions, get to know our approach to care, and understand what the next steps would look like.
Home and Community-Based Services (HCS)
Our HCS program is a Texas Medicaid waiver program for eligible individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Unlike private-pay home care, an individual must meet HCS eligibility requirements and receive an HCS waiver opportunity through the Medicaid interest-list process before enrolling in HCS services.
